Services are booked by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call/text or book through our online booking system. For last minute appointments (day of) require phone, text, or private message on our socials. Not guaranteed without confirmation. If you have a question or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Please give us 48 hours or more if you need to reschedule or cancel. For late arrivals we may need to shorten your service but the full fee will still be charged. Please avoid no-shows as they impact us both and other clients.

As a small busy studio, we are not always able to return your call on the same day, but we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re ready.

Attire: Wear comfortable clothing to your appointment and remove any jewelry or accessories that may interfere with your treatment. Your esthetician will provide a space for your belongings and with appropriate robes or towels as needed.

Please note if you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19 or other cold/flu symptoms please contact us to reschedule. We appreciate your cooperation to keep you and our team safe.

What to expect at your first appointment

We are located in SoDo Seattle at Urban Worklofts. SolaLuna is in the Olympic Building (facing Airport Way). Free garage parking available on Horton Street.

There are two entrances, one in the garage and one on Airport Way. Dial 315# on the callbox to get buzzed in. Take the elevator up to the 3rd floor. SolaLuna is located near the elevators in loft 315 you can’t miss it. If you have any problems please call (206) 776 -7067. Note: Since this is a secure building, please wait for us to buzz you in so you can access the elevator. If you ride up with someone else, the 3rd floor button won’t work.

For your first appointment as a new client there will be an additional 15 minutes added to your appointment time for a consultation and skin analysis. Please give yourself enough time to find parking and make your appointment on time.

For the consultation, your esthetician will get to know you, your skin type and conditions, lifestyle, and beauty goals.

You’ll take a few moments to fill out the consultation form before the appointment. This will allow us to better understand your needs and tailor our services to meet your expectations. Communicate any preferences or concerns you have with your esthetician before the treatment begins. This includes discussing any allergies, sensitivities, or areas of focus.
